This 3-week program will help you to release the feeling you have when you are in social settings or even thinking about social gatherings. It will help you to create new beliefs and responses so that you can enjoy a healthy social life, that suits you.

Trauma is a difficult condition to live with. Our bodies and minds are conditioned for constantly detecting danger and it feels impossible to persuade them that this no longer is the case. It’s like a fire detector running amok. I was having a really hard time when I started Suzanne’s program, dealing with anxiety and depression on a daily basis, feeling like my life is over following the tragic deaths of two loved ones within 9 days. My expectations were not too high, but I wanted to give it a try anyway. And boy am I glad I did! I’ve done inner child work before, but this course that has a clear syllabus and structure was more than the random “learn to love your inner child” videos on Youtube. Also the consistent work and the knowledge that you have a person to contact throughout the process really helped. Through Suzanne’s course offering and internet technology it was possible for me to participate in a therapy environment that I would not have been able to access physically since I live 9 time zones away from Vancouver, not even on the same continent. The pricing for the whole course is also really affordable considering how expensive therapy often is. All in all this course really helped me shake off some of my the feelings of doom and be more positive in my everyday life. I also feel like it is easier for me to enjoy little moments of happiness and not be so reactive to things happening around me.
