In session 1, we let go of what is no longer serving us, and what we do not want to carry with us into the new year. It's time to let go of any emotional baggage that is going to get in the way of this next year being the way you want it to be. We also create a feeling of freedom when we let go, training the mind, that we feel good when we let go.
In this session, we work on how you want to feel in the new year and on letting go of the habitual thought patterns that get in the way of you feeling that way. We reset your emotional default setting to the emotional state you want to always return to. This session also includes a tool you can use throughout your day to reinforce your ability to choose your thoughts.
In session 3 we practice seeing ourselves in the new year, living and feeling the way we want to be. We know that the subconscious mind is designed to take you toward whatever it is that you focus on, so this session was created so that you can listen to it repeatedly. As often as you like. Your subconscious mind learns through repetition and experience, and how the experience makes you feel, so allow yourself to get into this session and all the feelings it evokes. You are training your mind and body how you want to be. You are creating the mindset you want to have as you step into the new year. I recommend listening a few times a week for a few weeks. Tuck it away and come back to it anytime life gets busy and you feel like you need help being pulled back on track.
